Quality Labor Management is Hiring a Low Voltage Technician Near Daytona Beach, FL

QLM is Now Hiring for Low Voltage Installer and Low Voltage Technician.

Work Details:

  • Installation, termination and/or testing of Cat5 and Cat6 cables in commercial
  • Rack and stack work, installation of assorted patch panels with cable dressing
  • Work locations include offices, and Data Center
  • Fiber rough in and termination experience is a plus
  • Also have needs for A/V, burglar/security, and fire alarm installers

Requirements:

  • Ability to understand and effectively explain every aspect of the structured cabling system including pathways, spaces, horizontal cabling, backbone copper, backbone fiber optic, cross and inter-connections, and testing. This includes understanding applicable codes, standards, and industry-best practices and the ability to differentiate between them and make recommendations.
  • Ability to choose the correct tool and methodology for the given task; for themselves and can help other team members do the same.
  • Ability to listen carefully to follow instructions
  • Demonstrated aptitude for learning from senior team members
  • Exhibit a positive attitude
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Low Voltage Personal Tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
